Ruthie King and Tim Ward
The Grange Farm School began operations in 2014 and trains the next generation of farmers. The school strives to turn American agriculture toward a sustainable future. Ruthie and Tim serve as the co-directors.
The school trains the whole farmer by teaching holistic agricultural production methods coupled with industrial arts, business, and marketing skills. The farm grows a variety of fruit and vegetables such as squash, zucchini, cabbage, kale, cucumbers, garlic, onions, and leeks.
